In many cases ProStockMaster can not determine that iStock has reported an error and the application returns OK status.
In this case you rimage will go into "unfinished" zone and, typically, iStock will completely ignore its metadata.

So, if it is your case there only two possible solutions meanwhile:
a) delete the uploaded image, correct metadata in the original image according to iStock submission guidelines and then re-upload the file
b) enter the metadata manually on their web - this can be a lot of dirty work
